How do I place a custom order?
There are three ways to do this:

·                MODIFY ANY ONE OF OUR ORIGINAL APPAREL DESIGNS! Get on our CATEGORIES to select a specific team-sport, pick a apparel design you like then add your own color scheme, logos, team name and preferred fonts and lettering lay-out. You create the look you want! 

·                EMAIL YOUR OWN DESIGN to

·                REPLICATE AND RECREATE. Find an existing apparel that you like and our design team will replicate it with your team and player details. (Note: M.S.Bilal Enterprises ® will not copy any trademarked logos or copyrighted material).

Is there anything else I need to know about ordering custom apparels for a team?
From experience, our repeat customers have learned to order extra apparels sets beyond their actual need. This is a helpful contingency for new players coming into the team, or if you intend to use the same apparels for the next few years.

Can I request for one of your product samples?
We do our best to upload and update photos of the actual products. If you need samples to present to a league or an approving body, please Contact Us to inquire about product sample availability.

Can I request for a sample of my actual order?
For medium to large orders, it is our policy to make a Production Sample first and then we email a digital picture for your approval. If you need us to send actual product, please allow more time for production and delivery of your full order.

What critical information do I need to complete an order?
Having your team name, player names, player numbers (optional), sizes, and other special requests (longer inseams, etc) on-hand will help to move the ordering process along.

Can I get help if I am not sure of the design I want?
We’re here to help! Please Contact Us  and let us know what’s on your mind. Within 1 business day you’ll have several design options to choose from.


What kind of files do you accept?
We accept jpg, bmp, pdf, psd, png, cdr, gif and tiff files for picture submissions

What is the minimum order quantity?
For apparel sets (top and bottom) we have a 10 set minimum. If you are ordering jerseys or bottoms separately, the minimum is 20 jerseys, or 20 bottoms.

How can I check the status of my order?

What is “professional quality” and how is it different from other apparels?
Professional Quality is a term used to describe apparels that are at par with collegiate and semi-pro league apparels. Fabrics used are of high quality, Designs are more detailed, and Lettering is meticulously sewn on for style and durability.

How are M.S.Bilal Enterprises® products affordable even if they are “professional quality”?

This is possible because we have our own factory as well as materials supply chain and have built strong relationships with business partners and suppliers of high grade materials. Direct control over production means we take zero shortcuts, manage our costs and consequently pass on those savings to our customers.

Should I choose sewn on letters or printed letters?
Either way you are guaranteed a superior looking apparel. Most athletes prefer “sewn on” because of the professional look it is associated with. Printing gives more freedom for complicated designs and is better for reversible jerseys because the end product comes out lighter.

What kind of fabrics can I choose from?
We have a wide variety of fabrics including the most popular for professional athletic wear: Dry-Fit, Wind-Stopper, Dazzle, Pro Mesh, Shiny, Semi-cool, Air-Cool and Micro mesh. We also use poly-cotton (for warms ups and baseball), and satin for other apparels.

What kind of fabric can I choose?
For basketball and football, most people prefer dazzle or NBA mesh (high quality fabric with air-holes), while others use a combination of the two. For football “shiny” is often used because it is less prone to “runs” and tears”, or double dazzle shoulders with a combination of heavy mesh. For baseball, cotton is widely preferred. For other sports, Dazzle, heavy Mesh and Shiny are your best bets. For practice jerseys, we recommend semi-cool fabric options.

What’s the difference between tackle twill and printed?
Tackle twill is better known as “sewn on” lettering, wherein letters and numbers made of polyester or twill are cut and meticulously sewn onto garment. This is commonly used by pro, semi pro and collegiate teams.
Screen Printing refers to dyes that are screened and pressed onto the apparel. This method of application works well for detailed artwork and on reversible apparels.

What kind of sizes do you use?
We use a widely accepted Sizes Chart for American Sports Apparel or click here (coming soon). Sizes include Youth Small, Youth Medium, Youth Large, Youth XL, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL, and Adult 2XL. Larger sizes up to 7XL are available upon request for a small surcharge.

How should I choose my size?
Our size chart defines the actual garment measurements for each size. For example, if you have a chest measuring 42″, we give you the freedom to choose your “allowance”. You might want a Men’s Large with Chest 48″ for a 6″ allowance or Men’s XL Chest 50″ for an 8″ allowance, and so on, depending on how roomy you’d like your jersey to be.

Can I request for bigger than standard sizes like 4XL and 5XL?
Yes, we go all the way up to 7XL on our regular size chart.

Can I request for longer in seams or sleeve lengths?
Yes, we can accommodate requests for longer inseams (shorts length) or sleeve length; be sure to include this in your order form.



How soon will it take for my order to be processed?
Order processing is instant if your final design is ready and you have an approved payment. If you need help finding a design the process will take no more than two hours, again under the condition that your payment is approved and all the necessary information is complete.

Do you accept rush orders?
Rush or custom orders needed in less than four weeks’ time may be accepted on a case to case basis depending on our production capacity. Please call us and we will be very happy to assist you.



How can I pay for my order?
You can pay as you feel comfortable with. We assist the way you want to pay.

What are your payment terms?
After you approve the Sales Order with the final design and specifications, payment must be made immediately to process all orders. For big orders ($3000 or more), you can call us to request for a partial payment arrangement to start production.

How else can we avail of discounts?
Ordering in large quantities can lead to considerable cost savings. We also offer special pricing for a team that introduces us to their league, i.e. referring us to other teams or to the league administration to explore sponsorship agreements. Ordering ahead of time (6-8 weeks) may also lower your prices.

What is your return policy?
Because these apparels are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If however, a defect is discovered, we will replace the apparel free of charge. Notification of the defect needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Pictures may be required for verification purposes. Do I have to be actively involved in sports or athletic organizations to become a distributor?
Although we do desire to have affiliates that are actively involved in leagues as players, coaches, referees or volunteers, we recognize that some of the most successful distributors are retail or promotional products companies that are focused on selling. We accept all applications and evaluate each on a case to case basis. We provide all of our approved affiliates every management and product support necessary to set them up for success.

We have faster turnaround times than most local companies. We work with two of the biggest freight companies in the world and we are guaranteed delivery dates, barring events or circumstances beyond the freight company’s control.
